Of course any piercing is going to hurt. It all depends on your own pain level. Dont go off of someone else’s that doesnt work

Uh…..idk if people are aware there is a GIANT artery in the neck right where that piercing is. STUPID. I would never go to a place that would promote piercing there.

Hip piercings have a high reject rate, alot like nape piercings. If you get your hips done, do microdermals. They hurt alot less and have a higher chance of staying in. It’s just poking a little hole in your skin, versus stabbing a needle through.

so i am in love with surface piercings!! my sister got her hips done and ever since then i have wanted a surface piercing of my own.I dont think geting my hips done would look so great on me so i was considering get a nape piercing or my wrist done. I am not to sure though i would like to know how bad it will hurt?? seriously can anyone tell me?

hey jordyn i had my hip pierced for 3 weeks now. i got it done on both sides. usually piercing shops don’t charge on the part its more of 30 bucks anywhere i paid 35$ each so 70 and there are cheaper ones out there. when i got my done there was a bit of blood and i rate the pain 8/10 it hurt and i nearly passed out on the second one but mine are 3.5 long :S

i just want to say that i had making my hip piercing by myself
it looks very cool and my frends are gelues if it…
so than yo can do it yourself jordyn dont have panic of it xDD

Hey Jordyn, it may be too late (just noticed your post date) but hip piercings do have a chance of rejecting, like all surface piercings do. And to your how bad does it hurt question, it does depend on the person, yknow, pain tolerance, skin thickness and such. But I would say about a 6 on your scale. Although it wasn’t the worst piercing i’ve ever gotten. {;
