At least in the Netherlands it is done by the eye institute which means more professionals doing the work instead of just a piercer. It is still a stupid idea to place anything in the eye like that because of infection, rejection and possible scratched corneas. I wish the Bod Mod community would stop doing these sort of dangerous procedures. I have tats and my ears are pierced but you have to draw a line somewhere.
