Most people would not be able to get away with that look. I don't think in the grand scheme of things that facial tattoos are a very good idea for men or women, but to each their own and they live with the prejudices that will come with having facial tattoos. I get enough looks with the tat I have on the inside of my left wrist so I won't even think about the face or neck. Face and hand tattoos really limit one's employment options. For that reason alone, I would never get one.
